Delete your Vokx account
You can delete your account and everything in it at any time, without asking us.
In the Android or iPhone app
- Open Vokx, go to Settings, tap Delete account and confirm.
On the web
- Sign in at app.vokx.tech, open Settings, choose Delete account and confirm.
What is deleted
- Your profile, recordings, audio, transcripts, summaries, notes, clips and share links.
- Your account closes at once and you are signed out everywhere. Everything in it is erased within 7 days; until then you can change your mind from the sign-in page. Copies in backups are removed when those backups expire.
- Payment records are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires. Recordings you made for an organisation stay with that organisation.
Can't sign in?
- Write to team@vokx.tech from the email address on your account, and we will delete it for you.
